Η Βίκυ, διανύει τον ένατο μήνα της εγκυμοσύνης. Ο αθλητισμός είναι μέρος της καθημερινότητάς της και δεν έπαψε στιγμή να προπονείται, παρά την προχωρημένη της εγκυμοσύνη. Ο κόσμος όταν την είδε με φουσκωμένη κοιλίτσα να παίζει μποξ φρόντισε να της κάνει κριτική. Η ίδια έδωσε την απάντησή της: «Συνεχίζω τις προπονήσεις μου για να έχω μία πιο εύκολη εγκυμοσύνη, φυσικά πάντα συμβουλεύομαι τους γιατρούς μου. Πόσο γρήγορα κάνουν κριτική οι άνθρωποι, εγώ κάνω ό,τι περνάει από το χέρι μου για να είμαι υγιής κατά τη διάρκεια της εγκυμοσύνης μου».

Time to take you into the ring little guy and show you how to be a real man Haha juuuuust kidding… There is so much you get told about what pregnancy is like, well I did! You get really sick; you put on so much weight; you get cravings; you can’t stop eating; you’re super tired; you can’t exercise; you get stretch marks; you can’t, you can’t, you can’t!! It’s just so negative! Although for some this is very true, for others it can be the exact opposite. You don’t always feel sick, some people not at all, some people only for the first 3 months; you don’t have to put on more than the recommended weight if you take care of yourself and eat healthy; you can exercise in fact you should; for some you don’t have any cravings at all; you don’t get moody; your life doesn’t have to completely change (except the booooze) So, I just want to put it out there, everybody is different and everyone’s pregnancy is different, and whatever your experience is, that’s absolutely ok. Back to training after a week off. I’m starting to find it hard to do everything now. Last week I felt tired and didn’t want to train so I took a few days off. Back to it though and feeling good training again. I have realised however that I have to pick and choose my days now. I can’t work, train, cook, clean and decorate the nursery all in one day lol. I now have to spread my time a little better. Only 9 weeks left!!
